Program Details
The STEAM BEANS Program is our flagship offering, created to ignite a love of science, technology, engineering, art, and math among young girls in grades 1–5. Girls step out of the classroom and into the natural world.
Each activity is hands-on, collaborative, and designed to spark curiosity, e.g., testing water quality in local streams, building simple machines, sketching plant life. Our small-group approach ensures every participant is seen, supported, and celebrated.

Open to girls in grades 1–5
No prior STEM experience required, just curiosity and a willingness
to explore!
Sessions meet two Saturdays each month during the academic year from 8:30 am to 12 pm.
Summer cohorts are available for extended hands-on exploration
